Congratulations! Welcome to Baxter's Traffic Safety Center: the most established driving school in the Southern Tier with 25 years of experience...You have taken the first step toward becoming an independent, safe, and confident driver.

Every effort will be made to teach you to drive safely in a short time so that you can pass your road test and receive your New York State Driver's license.

When you get behind the wheel of a Baxter dual-controlled driver training car, you will be under the direction of a dedicated Professional Instructor, specially trained in up-to-date teaching methods.
